Every user will sign into the website portal and into the application using their email account and password.
This account will have been created at sign up or when you were invited to the Team licence by your team leader.

Please note, according the End User Licence Agreement, each user is to have their own email login. Logins are not to be shared.

OT Draw is licensed by the number of users needing to access the program. In a Team or Enterprise licence, each user will have their own email login but will be connected to the one subscription.

OT Draw only offers subscription licences.
You can choose between monthly, yearly or multi-year (up to 3 years) subscriptions

Once the subscription has expired you will need to renew the subscription to continue using the program.

Licences are determined by the number of allowed users that can be connected to your subscription. The licence tiers are:

• Individual – 1 user
• Team – 2 to 9 users
• Enterprise – 10 or more users

There are volume discounts based on the number of users. The pricing for Individual and Team licences can be seen above.

With a Team or Enterprise licence you will have a primary admin user called a Billing Admin.
They will manage the billing and payment details as well as manage the user list.

In the customer portal, an Admin user will be able to add users to their user list. This will send an automated email to the general user’s email address with login details and instructions.

For larger organisations you can upload a csv file of all the user names and email addresses to perform a bulk import.

To perform these actions, an Admin user needs to log into the customer portal on the website and go to the Manage Users tab.

The following user roles are available within your team:

1. Billing Admin – this is the primary user for the organisation. They have access to the Billing information (saved card details, auto-renewal options, renewal links) and to the Manage Users page to add and remove users from your list.
2. Secondary Admin – this is a secondary admin user for the organisation. They won’t have access to the Billing information but can help manage the User list. You can have multiple Secondary Admins
3. General User –  this is a user that has been invited to a Team licence by an admin. They have access to the application and to their own account info page in the portal to reset passwords, set up 2FA etc). They don’t have access to Billing information or the Manage User tab.

Any admin user (Billing Admin or Secondary Admin) or can listed as an:

• Admin User – has portal admin privileges AND access to the application
• Admin Only – has portal admin privileges BUT does access the application

Admin Only roles will not count towards to the number of allowed users for the Team licence.

Individual licence holders will be counted as a Billing Admin so they have full access to the portal and the application.

A Billing Admin can renew the subscription at any point by logging in to your customer portal.
Simply click the Login button on this website and enter your login details.
To renew, select Manage Subscription, then click Renew.

Auto-renewal can also be easily turned on or off in the customer portal by the Billing Admin.
In the customer portal, go the Billing Admin, add your credit card details if not saved then toggle the Auto-Renew switch.

If your subscription allowed 4 users, you will be able to add this many email addresses to your Manage Users list. You will be able to remove a user and add a different user at no cost if you have a staffing change.

However, if you need to go up to 5 allowed users, you will need to go the Manage Subscription tab in the portal and click Change subscription. Then increase the number of users to 5 and you will be charged pro-rata for the remaining duration of the subscription.

To change between Monthly and Annual subscription duration, the Billing Admin will log into the customer portal, select Manage Subscription and click Change Subscription.

Change the subscription term in the dropdown and click Submit. The change will apply from the next renewal period.

The OT Draw licence is governed by the number of users. But each user can sign into 2 devices at one time.

There is a 14 day trial period to elevate the application.
The application is fully operational during the trial period.

To access a trial, sign up via the Buy page, clicking on the 14 Day Trial button.

You will be emailed with a temporary password which you can use to sign into the program.

If you’re dissatisfied with the OT Draw license you purchased from www.otdraw.com, you may contact us within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund.

You are eligible for a full refund under the following situations:
– The provided license is unusable
– The program has not been able to be successfully activated
– There are significant issues with the basic functionality of the program

Insighted Pty Ltd will consider but cannot guarantee other refund requests.
