There are 2 main types of licenses for OT Draw to try accommodate your needs.

A Subscription License is an annual cost and allows use of the program for a 12 month period.
All software updates are available during the subscription period.

A Perpetual License is a one-off cost but software updates are not included.
Software maintenance can be purchased to have access to software updates with this type of license.

3. How many devices?   (Click here for more information)

OT Draw is licensed by how many devices need to be activated.

Select either a Single Computer License to use OT Draw on one device or an Enterprise License for multiple devices. There are volume discounts depending on how many activations you require.

Subscription License:

A Subscription License allows use of the OT Draw software for a 12 month period.

After 12 months you will need to renew the subscription to continue using OT Draw.

The benefit of a Subscription License is that it includes all Major Software Releases and bug fix releases during the subscription period.

Perpetual License:

A Perpetual License is an ongoing license which can be transferred to different computers as required.

Some bug fix updates may be provided but this license doesn't include software updates.

To be eligible for software updates you can purchase software Maintenance along with the license.

Licensing:

OT Draw is licensed per device activation. There are 2 main licensing options available:

1. Single Computer License - allows use of OT Draw on 1 computer and there is no restriction on the number of users.

2. Enterprise License - allows use of OT Draw across multiple computers for multiple users. Discounts apply for volume purchasing based on how many device activations are required.

Alternatively, the Enterprise License can be based on the number of concurrent users needing to use OT Draw. Please contact OT Draw Sales for more information on this option.

There is another licensing option for sole therapists called a Single User License which allows for OT Draw to activated on up to 3 devices if they are all going to be used by only the one user.
Again please contact OT Draw Sales to discuss this option further.

Enterprise License Rates:

The current rates are:

Subscription License:
2-4 activations = $199 + GST per activation
5-9 activations = $179 + GST per activation
10-14 activations = $169 + GST per activation
15-19 activations = $159 + GST per activation

Perpetual License:
2-4 activations = $499 + GST per activation
5-9 activations = $449 + GST per activation
10-14 activations = $419 + GST per activation
15-19 activations = $389 + GST per activation

All prices are in AUD.

Further discounts apply for volume licencing of 20, 50, 100 activations etc.

Maintenance:

OT Draw Maintenance is a yearly cost that covers you for all software updates and fixes.
You can purchase up to 3 years of maintenance.
This is only required for a Perpetual License as a Subscription License already includes software updates.

A Perpetual License comes with 90-days complimentary maintenance starting from the date of purchase.
A Maintenance Plan can only be purchased within 90 days from your license purchase date.
After this customers need to wait until purchasing an update before they can purchase a maintenance plan.
Existing customers can purchase updates at a discounted rate (usually 50%).

Maintenance needs to be renewed before the current maintenance period ends otherwise customers need to wait until purchasing an update before they can purchase a maintenance plan again.

The current Maintenance rates are:
1 year: $129 / year = $129 + GST
2 years: $119 / year = $238 + GST
3 years: $109 / year = $327 + GST

Further discounts apply when purchasing multiple activations in an Enterprise License.
